The police have seized more than 150 cars in Swalmen in Roermond. Last week the police raided premises at car thieves, but the investigation is still ongoing.

Police arrived on the matter after a tip from colleagues in Germany. When officers went to look at the site, they found several cars that were stolen. The police launched a large-scale investigation.
A 42 year old man from Weert who last week was arrested, is still in custody. It is not excluded that there will be more arrests, and that more cars are being seized.
