Block: empty offices as a home for refugees

Refugees may also be collected in empty offices or other vacant buildings. Minister Stef Blok (Housing) said Friday after the weekly cabinet meeting.
 
Block performs Friday renewed consultations with Aedes, the organization of housing associations, on the reception of refugees. Even Secretary of State Klaas Dijkhoff (Asylum) is present among them.

Aedes reported on Friday that it wants to put it at a number of venues small, often temporary homes to help the coming months, tens of thousands of refugees with residence status for shelter. Also, the incorporation of several refugees in social housing, for example they share together the kitchen, is a possibility.
