Brugwachter suspect in case of death cyclist in Zaandam

The Prosecution considers the bridge keeper as a suspect in the case involving the death of a female 57-year-old cyclist in Zaandam in February. The bridge keeper opened the bridge while the cyclist was on the bridge.
It seems he has not noticed her. The bridge showed no interference
This is the public prosecutor announced Monday after extensive research. The prosecution decided at a later stage or even in a criminal sense culpable for the accident.
Presumably, the 57-year-old woman has not noticed the alarms and is cycled at the Den Uylbrug. The bridge guard opened shortly after the bridge. Then the woman fell about fifteen meters down and was killed.
The Den Uylbrug remotely operated manually. The Safety Board has run an investigation into the circumstances of the accident on 6th February. The municipality had prompted alongside the police investigation, "to get exactly the open what has happened and whether the method or technique of bridge operation to be adjusted."
