Council wants to unborn child earlier under surveillance
Unborn children should be placed under supervision more often and earlier when the mother during pregnancy excessive drink alcohol, smoke or use drugs.

According to the Council is smoking or drinking during pregnancy so harmful for the unborn child that this legally against this must be protected.
Mothers would be so should be required to kick or to quit smoking. If they do this, can be threatened with disposal of the baby, a fine or imprisonment.
The RSJ sends her opinion Wednesday to State Secretary Deen of security and justice. The Council advises the under the supervision (OTS) of a not yet born child explicitly in the law. The Cabinet takes opinions of the Council, which consists of judges, lawyers, scientists and medics, usually very seriously.
'' It is now legally possible to an OTS for 24 weeks, but that is very unclear in the law and many aid workers don't know it '', said a spokesman for the Council.
Now comes the aid often only after 24 weeks in the pregnancy. Aid workers handling this limit because until then an abortion is possible.
Last year for about 270 not yet born children a OTS requested. It is not known how many have been assigned.
