Court wants jewelry stores woman Deurne hear about robbery
The Court in Den Bosch will of the jewellers wife from Deurne hear what exactly happened during the robbery in her case.
The woman shot over a year ago two men death that her husband in the jewelry store raided. The prosecution said they did that in self-defense and decided therefore not to prosecute her.
Relatives of the robbers do not agree with this decision and are therefore a complaint procedure started, also called article 12-procedure. During such a case, people can ask the Court to require the Prosecutor to prosecution.
The Court of appeals would now not made their judgment. It wants to speak first the woman herself to hear exactly what happened.
