D66 wants clarification on ICT tendering Justice
D66 and SP want elucidation of the Cabinet about a secret procurement of an ICT-project at the Ministry of security and justice.
According to NRC Handelsblad Saturday happened that against the wishes of the internal lawyer who stated that there was no legal basis.
Sharon Gesthuizen of the SP has Room questions on the issue. Kees Verhoeven of D66:,, that the Cabinet against the advice of the private lawyer in messes with the tendering procedure to favour one provider cries out for clarification. '' He wants the opinion of the House lawyer to the second Room.
It was a tender for the construction of the Radar system that fraud with computer companies and foundations had to make impossible. The project was in the hands of the company Capgemini, but stalled. Then came a new secret tender.
The Ministry wanted to do this according to NRC not public because criminals otherwise would get too much information on the operation of the system. Eventually asked the Ministry only Sogeti (a sister company of Capgemini) for a quote.
