'Dutch will no longer allow refugees'

The majority of the Dutch population is reluctant to admit more refugees. 
 
That Volkskrant writes, based on a survey by research firm I & O Research. Commissioned by the Dutch newspaper about two thousand were questioned.
 
The study shows that 45 percent of the Dutch population thinks fewer refugees should enter. Only 24 percent of respondents to an increase in the number of asylum seekers. About as many people feel that the current policy should be continued.
 
In addition, a quarter of respondents said that less war refugees to migrate to our country, while 42 percent think that we could catch more. Economic refugees, there is less understanding. About 75 percent of Dutch people want less of it.
 
Complexity
 
It also appears that men are less open to asylum seekers than women. Around 51 percent of male respondents is less asylum, compared to 37 percent among women. It also notes that highly educated tolerant than the less educated.
 
"The results of the survey demonstrate the complexity of the migration issue," said Minister Klaas Dijkhoff in the Volkskrant. The results exclude according to him well with the policy of the Cabinet. "It is focused on a European approach to genuine refugees, but not all here."
