Koen B. gets 9 years in prison for manslaughter Juliette Bouhof

The Bossche court Tuesday afternoon Koen B. (22) from Heeze sentenced to nine years in prison for unconditional to endanger the lives of his ex-girlfriend Juliette Bouhof from Geldrop. 
 
  
The judge considered manslaughter proven regarding the incident in October 2014 in Eindhoven.
 
The court did, as the prosecutor, not murder. However, the court bowed to a request by the family of the victim about whether there was premeditation. That was mainly because the girl he had earlier received death threats.
 
The prosecutor had early July twelve year jail sentence for B.. The court explained Tuesday a lower sentence than required to, inter alia because they the young age of the accused weighting.
 
The sister and the mother of Juliette Bouhof ran for the punishment sounded emotionally the courtroom after the judge stated that there was a lower sentence.
 
Steps
Juliette Bouhof came Saturday, October 25th, 2014 after a night in Eindhoven not home. Her mother hit the alarm and police launched a large search almost immediately. Through her phone's body is identified and found.
 
The lifeless body of Juliette was found a day later only by the evening. Juliette broke up with B., who apparently did not accept and was known to the police.
 
Known
The girl was beaten and strangled. Koen B. confessed that he did, though he said not to have known that he had slain her with it. According to him, Juliette had and he has long words, but they were also seeking each other, despite a restraining order that he got after he had invaded her home.
 
Also on that evening they met. They wanted to be together, but when they found a quiet spot there was fighting again. The boy says it was because of her that she began to fight him and tried to throats. He would have nothing to do but also her throat tighten.
