Members CNV against cao ambulance

Members of CNV Health and Social Services do not support the collective bargaining agreement last week with Ambulance Netherlands (AZN) has been completed.

A majority of the members are against the union late Friday know.

 

The agreement last week was very difficult and only reached after several actions.

 

CNV care and welfare concerns with members in ambulance discuss how further. '' The action path is picked up again in order to achieve better working conditions '', says the union. Trade union FNV was not agree with the collective agreement and continue campaigning.

 

Wage

The union said earlier that the members can get a wage increase of 3 percent in two years, as employment guarantee in a merger or acquisition. The unsocial remains.

 

Ambulance staff conducted from May action over pay and improved working conditions. The ambulance staff carry out more overtime, running extra services and more take their agreed interval.
