Murder suspect arraigned nurse Waalwijk

The 37-year-old John F. Zevenbergen is suspected of murder or manslaughter of his 28-year-old ex-girlfriend Linda van der Giesen.
According to the prosecution, he is arraigned Friday.
 
The man presented Tuesday to the police. A day earlier, the 28-year-old nurse shot in the parking lot of the Two Cities Hospital in Waalwijk where she worked.
 
Soon after the fatal shooting was announced that Van der Giesen filed a complaint of threat against F. She stated inter alia that he would have a firearm. The police admitted that the urgency of that information was not properly estimated and should probably apologize.
 
D66 minister Ard van der Steur (Security and Justice) were asked to comment on erroneous assessment of the police. Van der Steur has let know first await the research, he comes up with a response.

Van der Giesen and F. had the police after a '' complex relationship '', where over and over again reports and declarations have been made. F. also has a criminal record that only violent offenses on it, but those incidents never found until Tuesday place in the home.
 
In addition to Van der Giesen had already made other exes legal proceedings against him in the past.
