"No perpetrator identified in report MH17 '

The report by the Dutch Safety Board on the case of flight MH17 called no explicit offender. 
 
  
 
That sources have confirmed to the newspaper. Earlier in the day, CNN claimed still based on the same report called pro-Russian rebels as the perpetrators.
 
However, the identification of an offender does not fit in the research commissioned by the Research Council on birth, namely investigating the cause of the disaster. The prosecution is investigating the blame.
 
"Enough evidence '
Two sources told CNN that the Dutch investigators have enough evidence to pro-Russian rebels behind the attack on Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 down. Our own research revealed earlier that members of the 53th brigade of the Russian army air defense missile that shot, delivered.

The report, according to the sources criticized Malaysia Airlines, because she would have had no clear picture of the conflict zone in Ukraine. Some other airlines have namely the area have been avoided. The Dutch Safety Board is investigating the decision-making regarding the determination of the flight paths.
 
A spokesman for the Dutch Safety Board will not comment. He says that it is a confidential draft report. The publication of the report is likely to be only the beginning of October.
