Prosecution calls for six years in prison for drug trafficking in Ajax circuit

Against a third person, the 28-year-old Freek H. demanded three years in prison. According to the prosecution, the three had a leading role in the drug organization. The case of the trio came to light because their drug trafficking was largely effected within the circles of Ajax Supporters.
The Public Prosecutor appealed six-year prison sentence for the 37-year-old Tamara F. and the 32-year-old Daan van E. The two would have occupied himself extensively with the trade of various drugs in an organized and illegal possession of weapons .

"Persistent relapsed"
The prosecution called the suspects "persistent offenders who have proven themselves through earlier intervention of the police and justice not to have distracted the criminal path." According to the Prosecution are therefore justified the high penalties.

The trio acted between 2011 and 2013 in hard and soft drugs. The evidence was obtained, inter alia, on the basis of tapped calls. Were also in the homes of the suspects large quantities of hard drugs and different attributes for the production of drugs found.
APPEAL
The court sentenced the three in the first instance to prison terms of five, four and three years. Both the accused and the prosecution appealed against this judgment on appeal. The trial against the three will continue this week. Ultimately the court on February 26, 2016 give a ruling.
